Shipping & Delivery

At Lighting Stores Online we make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days of your order being processed.

Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders.

To calculate shipping, add the items to your cart and press "Update."

Lighting Stores Online uses various outside shipping companies to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. This includes UPS and common carrier truck. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all deliveries upon receipt to ensure they are accurate and complete. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please see our Return Policy for more information.

Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii
Lighting Stores Online will ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii; however, there may be additional charges. We will notify you if additional shipping/handling is due before processing your order. We will do everything possible to help you, please call our customer service team for more details, or simply place your order and we will contact you with additional information. At this time, we do not ship overseas.

Returns & Replacements

Lighting Stores Online strives for customer satisfaction in all that we do. Because customer satisfaction is the primary goal of our business, we consider our Return Policy a vital part of our relationship with the customer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding a nonrefundable 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs you incur. All returns must be in like new or unused condition, in the original packaging, and include all instructions, warranty cards, and original accessories. We strongly recommend that the buyer saves the shipping box and the protective material until the warranty period ends. .

Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you have purchased a product with "Free Shipping," your return refund will not include the cost of shipping.

To order please select your item by "Adding to Cart" on any product page, from here you can enter your shipping and billing information securley in checkout. You can also place orders over the phone. For special bulk quantity quotes or for a quote on international shipping please contact us and let us know.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Lighting Stores Online guarantees to meet or beat any competitor's prices, excluding those discontinued items, or items those found on closeout, auction sites or mass merchant stores. If you find a better price online for the exact same item with the same delivery service, within 30 days of a purchase or before you purchase, we will meet or beat that price including any applicable coupons or discount promotions. The lower price must include the competitor’s final delivered price including any shipping and sales tax if applicable. *Note: While other stores may carry the same item at a lower price, they may also charge more for shipping than we do.

All sales, coupons or promotions for Lighting Stores Online are subject to the terms and conditions of that sale or coupon as listed on the coupon or advertisement. Almost all sale items, with the exception of items on closeout*, fall under our standard Return Policy. *All closeout items are nonrefundable
